What to expect from the moment you book to the final send-off on wedding day

Confirm Your Details:
Once you reach out with your wedding details, we confirm the information and reserve your date.
Reserving the Date:
Secure your spot with a flat fee of a $200 non-refundable deposit and a simple contract agreement.

Easy Information Gathering:
We provide a client portal loaded with instructions and all the details we need—from names and timelines to song requests and more.
Flexibility on Your End:
You don’t have to fill it out exactly as it appears. Feel free to send your details separately or in any format that works best for you, whether that’s copying info from your coordinator or sharing your favorite playlists (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.). We’re all about making it as easy as possible.

Review & Refine:
Once your client portal is complete—or whenever you have all the details ready—we’ll schedule a phone call, ideally about two weeks before your wedding, to go over everything.
Customization & Clarity:
We iron out any details, discuss name pronunciations, answer questions, and adjust as needed. And don’t worry, any changes can still be made afterward!

Early Setup:
We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before the event to set up and ensure everything aligns with your planned timeline.
Ready for Action:
We coordinate with vendors and wedding coordinators to keep your day flowing perfectly.
Payment Details:
Payment is due on the day of the wedding before events, though you’re welcome to complete it beforehand. We accept cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle—with Zelle being our preferred method.

With everything set, we handle the show so you can focus on celebrating. Expect a lively, fun-filled day where every moment is perfectly orchestrated—from the party to the heartfelt send-off.
